⚠️ Cancellations Within 24 Hours (50% Fee)Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
This fee covers the time slot being held exclusively for you and the loss of potential bookings.
🚫 No-Show PolicyIf you fail to arrive for your scheduled booking without providing notice (“no-show”),
the booking is considered forfeit and no refund will be issued.
🔁 Multi-Day Bookings (Rescheduling)Customers with a multi-day reservation may request one complimentary rescheduling of their booking, provided availability permits.
Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to fees.
