🕒 24-Hour Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no charge.
• Your payment (if already processed) will be fully refunded.

⚠️ Cancellations Within 24 Hours

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
• This helps us cover lost time and operational costs.

🚫 No-Shows

• Customers who do not arrive for their booking and do not notify us are considered a no-show.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

📅 Multi-Day Bookings

• Multi-day reservations can be rescheduled once at no extra cost, provided the new dates are available.
• Additional changes may incur a fee.

🚗 Overnight Storage

• Overnight vehicle storage is available for multi-day bookings.
• If you require overnight storage for a single-day booking, contact us in advance — we do our best to accommodate when space allows.
